Swim Meet Protocol
-Swimmers are expected to be on deck 15 minutes prior to the start of every meet warm up for stretching / meet preparation.
-All swimmers are automatically entered into non-standard meets by the registration deadline set by the host club.
-If you know your child is unable to attend a swim meet please complete the following steps:
1) Inform your child's coach / group parent
2) Complete theTSC SCRATCH FORM
3)Send the TSC scratch form to Ashley Bradbury (office administrator): info@torontoswimclub.com - To ensure you are not charged for the meet, it is critical that the scratch form is submitted no later than Friday @12:00pm, 2 weeks prior to the swim meet.
